Comprehensive Discussion of Your Business

Includes a creative brief or strategy input form. This brief is a great tool, consisting of a series of questions that will assist you in identifying your goals and vision for your website. Audience and objectives are assessed.

Free stock photography for your website.

Includes up to 5 stock images per page. You can choose from over 350,000 stock photo images or we can do it for you.
The typical stock image costs around $150.00 Our stock photos will enhance your website.

Design and Construction of the Home Page

Up to two comps (designs) are created specifically for you and your website identity. The website options are posted online for review. (Additional web design options start at $500 per design)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Our website includes basic Level 1 search engine optimization. Page titles, one set of master keywords and description are tuned to your business. These keywords and phrases help search engines such as Google®, MSN®, Yahoo and AOL find your website. We place Google Analytics on each page for the most advanced web statistics available so you will know who visits your site, the average length of stay, what pages they visit and the keywords they use to find you.

Hotwire domain name and website hosting

We can guide you through the process of selecting the right name, the hosting package and options. Our hosting service offers 24/7 customer service support and has a record 99.9% uptime. Client review of copy and images

We help you review the content for your website design. At this time we show you examples of completed layouts, discuss navigation, color, content and demonstrate how your products and services might best be arranged for your audience, navigation and search engines

Contact or information form

Your custom form will collect user information and can generate an email. Forms can collect names, telephone numbers, email addresses. A form can sign-up viewers for newsletters and opt in for emails or tabulate a custom questioner. A simple custom thank you page is included with each form.

Uploading site to Internet and going live

All browsers are tested and an email approval is required for going live. We upload your website normally on a Friday for proper host and server indexing time. The internet normally requires about 8 to 48 hours on average for your website to be live and viewable.

Website Maintenance

Hotwire would love to be the group that updates your website. But, if you would like to edit the site yourself, we recommend a very popular software program called Macromedia Contribute. This program will give you full control over simple text edits. Macromedia offers a free trial of the program so you can test it out and see if it works for you. (Both PC and Mac OS)

Payment Schedule

For custom website design under 25 pages, a 50% deposit will be due prior to starting work on your custom web design. The remaining 50% will be due upon project completion.

Corporate websites and communications
For large websites over 25 pages, we require a 1/3 deposit prior to starting work and monthly billing based on hours and agreed costs. Hotwire will schedule, write, illustrate or photograph, host and set up your email.
