Monday Night Football
Designed in 1999, the Monday Night Football logo project was the biggest identity for my company both in terms of exposure on television and scope. A local agency called me in to do the project. I took a train to New York to meet with Cindy Vannoy and Chris Mallory of ABC Sports and a group of TV executives. We had about three weeks to come up with logo options. In the end, they chose the typeface created for the logo. Working with ABC Sports was a group decision. The logo was aired nationally for 7 years from 1999-2006.
